Terms and Conditions

  1. Your subscription starts from the day you activate your account.
  2. Depending on the package you have paid for, you are entitled to different features and benefits. We request you to avail those benefits (such as training, account set up, etc.) as soon as possible by contacting your account manager (if need be) so that you do not waste your subscription days with a sub-optimal profile.
  3. Omnibiz is a tool, a tool is as good as its usage. Hence, we encourage our businesses to make maximum use of its features so as to make the best out of the subscription.
  4. We do not promise any specific number of visits, calls or leads as it depends on your business category, amount and quality of content, frequency of updation of content, business location, number and quality of reviews, seasonality and many other factors. If any of our resellers or agents promise so, please report to us before subscribing.
  5. Subscription is non-transferable and non-refundable except in special cases and at the complete discretion of Omnibiz.
  6. Some of our services are dependent on our partners or third party service providers. We do everything possible to ensure they are up and working all the time. But if for any unforeseeable reason, their services discontinued, we will communicate to you and make an attempt to provide you with substitute wherever possible or applicable.
  7. Bonus credit, if any, in your account can be used to purchase subscription only depending on the type of bonus. It is a non-refundable credit.
  8. If a customer (business) is found mis-representing its information or found involved in illegal or antisocial activities, omnibiz reserves all the rights to discontinue its subscription to the business and forfeit the account balance or subscription if any.
  9. Subscription may be considered for extension only in the cases where we were not able to make you profile live for the stipulated no. of days.
  10. After your subscription expires, all the content and features that are available only for paid business will be disabled. Once you reactivate your plan/subscription, all the deactivated content/features can be recovered.
